Commissioned Art Refund Policy

Because each commissioned artwork is custom-made, all sales are generally final. However, I want you to be happy with your piece, so I offer the following:

1. Non‑refundable deposit
   A non‑refundable deposit of $50 is required to start your commission. This covers my time, materials, and initial concepts.

2. Cancellations

   • If you cancel before work begins, your deposit is kept, but no additional payment is required.

   • If you cancel after work has started, the deposit is kept and you may be charged for any additional work already completed.

3. Revisions

   • Your commission includes 3 rounds of revisions at the sketch/preview stage.

   • Additional revisions or major changes after approval may incur extra fees.

4. Refunds after completion
   Because of the custom nature of the work, no refunds are offered once the final artwork is approved and delivered, except in rare cases of damage in transit or a clear mistake on my part.

5. Damaged or lost deliveries (for physical art)
   If your artwork arrives damaged or is lost in shipping, please contact me within 30 days with photos and details so we can arrange a repair, replacement, or partial refund where appropriate.
