All physical sticker sales are final and non‑refundable once shipped, except where required by law.

I will offer a replacement or refund if:

• The stickers arrive damaged, or

• There is a fulfillment error (wrong design, wrong quantity, or major print defect).

To request a replacement/refund, contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the problem.

I am not responsible for:

• Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout,

• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, or

• Normal wear and tear after the stickers are used/applied.

All JPG digital download purchases are non‑refundable and non‑exchangeable once the file has been downloaded, due to the nature of digital products.

If you experience a technical issue (e.g., the file will not download or open), contact me within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description or screenshot of the problem.

If a file is corrupted or incorrectly delivered (wrong file, missing content), I will provide a replacement file or new download link.

JPG files are for personal use only, unless otherwise stated; reselling, redistributing, or sharing the files is not permitted.
