Commissioned Art Refund Policy
Because each commissioned artwork is custom-made, all sales are generally final. However, I want you to be happy with your piece, so I offer the following:
Non‑refundable deposit
A non‑refundable deposit of $50 is required to start your commission. This covers my time, materials, and initial concepts.Cancellations
If you cancel before work begins, your deposit is kept, but no additional payment is required.
If you cancel after work has started, the deposit is kept and you may be charged for any additional work already completed.
Revisions
Your commission includes 3 rounds of revisions at the sketch/preview stage.
Additional revisions or major changes after approval may incur extra fees.
Refunds after completion
Because of the custom nature of the work, no refunds are offered once the final artwork is approved and delivered, except in rare cases of damage in transit or a clear mistake on my part.Damaged or lost deliveries (for physical art)
If your artwork arrives damaged or is lost in shipping, please contact me within 30 days with photos and details so we can arrange a repair, replacement, or partial refund where appropriate.
Refund & Return Policy – Physical Stickers
All physical sticker sales are final and non‑refundable once shipped, except where required by law.
I will offer a replacement or refund if:
The stickers arrive damaged, or
There is a fulfillment error (wrong design, wrong quantity, or major print defect).
To request a replacement/refund, contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the problem.
I am not responsible for:
Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout,
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, or
Normal wear and tear after the stickers are used/applied.
Refund Policy – JPG Digital Downloads
All JPG digital download purchases are non‑refundable and non‑exchangeable once the file has been downloaded, due to the nature of digital products.
If you experience a technical issue (e.g., the file will not download or open), contact me within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description or screenshot of the problem.
If a file is corrupted or incorrectly delivered (wrong file, missing content), I will provide a replacement file or new download link.
JPG files are for personal use only, unless otherwise stated; reselling, redistributing, or sharing the files is not permitted.
